Could not ask for better Professional yet disarmingly friendly. Sound accurate knowledge of the market with superior negotiation skills. Fantastic support throughout the whole process. Shane and his team get results, they support & stay in communication with you from the start of your journey to its end. Highly recommend Shane and his team.

We are selling our first home, we had so much emotion to our LOVE home, Elizabeth completely got that and help us to take care of the dealing, to find the right owner. We have no regret in having Elizabeth and Marcus help to sell our house as first-time seller with no experience, we glad that having them. I highly recommend finding the Good team to help you either to Buy or to Sell, I also got the recommendation from my friend who bought their first house with them.

From the start to the end my husband and I have had a very pleasant and “agent” friendly experience with Penny with the sale of our house. Penny listens to our needs to sell and she also chooses her buyers to match their budget and needs to buy our house, therefore she’s very professional in her field ! We would recommend Penny as your agent if you’re looking to sell or buy your house with confidence. From, happy customer!

Zarina was the sellers agent who worked so hard for both her client and us. She had been amazing with the whole process and is willing to do what’s best for both parties. She was honest, helpful and driven to get settlement done in the time frame as we were on certain terms from my our house being settled. Her knowledge of the area and house was exceptional and knew every little detail when asked about certain aspects of the home. On behalf of my wife and I we would strongly recommend Zarina and if you buy a house off her then you’ll be very lucky, thank you.

Zarina was amazing, she sold our sister & brother in laws home on the first home open so we thought we would give her a try. After telling her what we needed for our house sale, she promised us she could sell it, not only did she get exactly what we asked for, she also sold it in the first home open! Zarina was very helpful & knowledgeable & made the whole process very easy for us, we would definitely recommend Zarina to anyone selling or buying their home.

The process went so smoothly and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. She offered her opinion when I asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of. I’ll definitely reach out to ZARINA BRODIE in the future and I recommend her to all my friends and family!
