Zarina's local area knowledge and her commitment to both the seller and buyer ensured a smooth and rewarding purchase experience. Zarina kept in constant touch with us with her happy and approachable nature. She ensured all the house handover documentation from the previous owner was ready upon settlement day. Zarina's caring nature and neighbourhood networking made relocating to Caversham with the new house a very warm and welcoming experience.

Our experience with Penny has been nothing but amazing, right from the first phone call to the hand over of the property her service was exceptional. Not only did she follow us up with the progress but helped in areas where generally agents wouldn't . I know who I will be going to next if I have to buy or sell a property , I highly recommend her to any one looking for a real estate agent . Well done Penny !!

This is probably asking the wrong person for a review as Zarina didn't sell our property, we bought one through her and HKY Real Estate in Ellenbrook WA and buying a house is completely different to selling one. Zarina's communication in the purchase process was very good and she kept us up to date with the progress on our O&A. One thing to mention and this is not specific to Zarina and most of the problem lies with the market is going in WA but one 30 minute inspection is not the best way to decide on a purchase of any magnitude as in buying a house. Also the Final Inspection was not what we envisaged as Zarina had the whole thing organised like a military exercise whereas we expected to go in and do our own thing but once again time constraints would probably have prohibited this. We did miss a couple of things, one minor and another which is going to cost us a few hundred dollars but I suppose we just put that down to experience? All in all Zarina was easy to deal with and we got the house for a fair price, what more can I say.

Zarina is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She listed my place and we were on contract in 5 days, at asking price. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!

We engaged Belinda Lawrence through a referral and from our first meeting felt extremely comfortable in Belinda's abilities, where she kept us fully informed and helped us seamlessly navigate through the processes of selling our property in Mullaloo. What is inherently a stressful time, Belinda's level of professionalism, knowledge and compassionate attitude is commendable and we would highly recommend her to anyone considering selling their property.

Elizabeth and Marcus were professional and friendly to work with. I would highly recommend HKY. They met deadlines and worked with us when our circumstances changed. They were never pushy. Selling a house can be emotional and stressful and they worked with us to gently guide us through the process.

Zarina was great to deal with to get the deal over the line when purchasing my first home. She made me feel like she had my best interest at heart when buying and not just trying to get me to sign and move onto the next commission.
