We had a fantastic experience with the Goods Team. Elizabeth and Marcus managed to sell our property in a short amount of time in a declining market. Their knowledge of the market base is exceptional, permitting them to provide an honest and realistic approach to selling your house. They work really well as a team so you're actually receiving the services of two real estate agents for the price of one. They were always contactable by phone or email when we had questions, they know the process of all the legalities involved in selling a house, and are truly a pleasant couple to deal with. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks so much, Marcus and Elizabeth!!!

Thanks Kim for trying innovative ways to help promote my unique home. Your approach broaden the home’s exposure into greater markets and it found buyers that truely loved the home as I did. Thanks for being genuinely interested in the home and my efforts to sell. All this during Covid-19 too.

Elizabeth and Marcus had a very thorough knowledge of the area and current market conditions. Armed with that knowledge they were able to help us secure a speedy sale above the asking price. They were professional and excellent to deal with. Elizabeth touched based yearly and was always incredibly personable and friendly. The professional photographer they used provided top quality pictures also and was money well spent.
