Shane and the HKY team made selling my house very easy. Shane was able to help us with information and strategies that made selling my house very quick and easy. I highly recommended Shane and his team to anyone selling their house in the local area due to their extensive knowledge of the surrounding market and how easy they make this quite daunting process. Thanks again to Shane and Mike.

Zarina knows her area and knows what her buyers want. Always going above and beyond for both buyers and sellers, Zarina can certainly get the job done effectively and efficiently. As she sold my house so quickly I no longer call her my agent, she is now someone I can call a friend. Thank you so much Zarina.

We met Kim about a year ago, whilst we were contemplating moving to Bullsbrook. She was always friendly, patient, cheerful and a genuine good natured person. She took the time to talk to us and represented each property well. After much deliberation, we decided to take the punt to move up to Bullsbrook and found the perfect house. We put our previous house on the market and it all worked out well. She answered our many many questions promptly without bias and was helpful and professional throughout the process. Kim is an absolute asset to HKY and words cannot express the great experience we had.
