Marcus and Elizabeth had a very thorough knowledge of the area and current market conditions. Armed with that knowledge they were able to help us secure a speedy sale above the asking price. They were professional and excellent to deal with. The professional photographer they used provided top quality pictures also and was money well spent.

Seller of a house in Jane Brook, WA Penny was highly organised and knowledgeable. The home was listed as soon as photos were complete and immediate responses from buyers meant we had inspections lined up next day. Our house was sold quickly and painlessly.

When selling our property in Bullsbrook we were worried about finding an agent that really understood the rural lifestyle. We needed someone that could confidently explain those little things that are a bit different from the suburbs, as well as highlight the beauty of country living. Kim was just the agent, she is passionate about living rural and that was evident every step of the way. We decided to jump into the market at a unsettled time but Kim managed it all with ease in her cool and calm way. She neatly sorted through the tire-kickers and found those that genuinely dreamed of that ‘tree change’. People who would love life on country property just as much as we did. Having an rural savvy agent made all the difference, before we were even on the market we had a number of keen viewings and multiple offers. I still can’t believe we sold with Zero days on market! The whole process went faster and smoother that we could have imagined. Which means way less stress and we get to move forward into our own dream future sooner rather than later. We can’t thank Kim enough for such a flawless, worry-free sale. Would 100% recommend Kim to anyone.
