Unfortunately in a depressed market my situation changed and it was best I sold my home which I built approx 5 years ago. I have lived in the Swan Valley area for over 20 years so was aware that Zarina's name was well known for a very good reason. I found Zarina very professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the market in this area. Zarina was straight down the line and open in her communication with me and I particularly apprreciated receiving regular updates via sms and face to face on weekends as I worked full time and lived away from my property. Her advice was realistic and helpful including making my property competitiave at a minimal cost. Every home open had someone coming through as she was able to use the market to her advantage showcasing my little home too. Everything Zarina promised she delivered on in terms of selling my property for the best price possible. I had booked in a couple of house inspections with Shane and had advised him I was only in Perth for two days, so really had a tight timeline. Not only did Shane show me through the houses i had requested, he also took me through a couple of other houses on the market that he thought might fit my criteria. It was one of these other houses that I instantly liked; Shane was good enough to meet me late the next day to let me have another look through. The next day Shane let me know of a price reduction on the house - I put an offer in, which was accepted. The whole buying process was smooth and hassle free, which was great for me as a new home buyer who really knew pretty much nothing. During the purchase stage I dealt with Michael from 'team Penny' who was fantastic with answering all my questions and keeping me up to date from start to finish. My only negative with the agent would be that I didnt get to put either an 'under offer' or even a "sold" sticker up on the for sale sign and when I picked up the keys to the house at settlement, the keys were literally handed to me in an envelope with no congrats or anything to mark the occasion.... this is only a little thing, but it did detract a little bit from the excitement of the sale. Overall, Shane had a great knowledge of the area, was easy to deal with and I am grateful that he led me to the house that I purchased!

my parents are in their 80's they did sign up with a different agent, they had nothing but drama. So much drama that we decided to take the house off the market. we had to wait for the contract to finish with this agent, which put my parents into a bit of a panic. Then we found Shane Penny, the house was put back on the market, the first week of Shane having the property , he had his first home open , and my parents house was sold on that first home open. Only if we had of gone through Shane in the first place. Thank you Shane at HKY Real Estate.

We think we had the best possible property buying experience with a settlement of a new investment property completed last week. Thanks to Zarina. Zarina was so helpful throughout the whole process where we always felt we were looked after 100%. Her proactiveness and recommendations made the process so easy. Except for our first visit to see her onsite, every other documentation was communicated online.
