An exceptional agent both on a professional and personal level. We found Grant McConnell to be an extremely professional and honest individual who was most helpful in the purchase of our property. He was welcoming at the inspection (without being intrusive), assisted in arranging the building inspection for the property, answered all our emails within the business day and returned calls promptly (including on his day off). After having the house inspected, Grant happily put forth further questions we had to the vendor and his communication was excellent between us . He assisted us not only before we purchased but after settlement (which included attending the property) to assist with connection of the electricity. Grant has extensive knowledge about the local area and services (he is in fact a local himself) . and we would not hesitate to recommend his services.
