Recently I sold 3 Townhouses in Dromana. Grant McConnell from Hocking Staurt in Rosebud handled the sale. He was extremely competent and could not be faulted at any stage during the sale process. I was always kept informed about open days, people that attended and people that showed an interest to purchase. He worked very hard and set up a very good advertising campaign which resulted in the early sale of all units. I have no hesitation in recommending Grant to any prospective clients as he will work in your interests to achieve a positive outcome.

Grant was by far the most professional estate agent we came across when looking to sell our property. Grant was very helpful, honest and transparent with us throughout the campaign, and constantly kept us up to date. His help was much appreciated and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell in the area.

We couldn't be happier with the service and attention that we received from Grant, his knowledge and advice ensured that we received the outcome from the sale of our property that we wished for. Even after the sale went through Grant still kept us up to date with all the details and timing of the settlement etc.. Many thanks Grant.

Grant is very professional to deal with & has a friendly , efficient & natural approach which enabled my wife & I to enjoy the process of our property purchase. He is hard working, amiable & sincere with a comprehensive knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula. The peninsula is very dear to our hearts & with its increasing popularity & accessibility to Melbourne I'm sure Grants knowledge , experience & pleasant manner will enable him to prosper as the area continues to gain popularity. Yours sincerely, Wayne & Linda Crawford

I found Grant to be honest and a straight shooter. Not just a salesman that would talk for the sake of it. Selling a property can be stressful so you like to deal with someone that you can trust and that is how I felt with Grant. Would highly recommend Grant to any of my friends in the future. I thought Phil was extremely professional as an agent. He was able to guide me through the property without appearing pushy. As this was my first investment property I like this. Would hope to deal with Phil again if I bought another property in Rosebud.

Hi Phil, Thank you for the good work that you have done especially meeting me after work as I am a shift worker. It was great to meet the person and have a cuppa, which I really needed at that time. Being a Shift Worker and finishing at midnight is hard to conduct any business but you have allowed it to happen. Thank you.
