Recently I was sole executor of my deceased brothers estate in Rosebud. Not having resided in the district for many years, while attending an appointment with his lawyer, Garry Biggs of WhiteCleland, I inquired if he would recommend an estate agent; without hesitation, he responded Grant McConnell of hockingstuart. We were on to a winner! Grant was always energetic and enthusiastic, without being overpowering; I felt comfortable and confident in his presence. His professionalism and creditability could not be faulted, and he and his staff were always polite and considerate of the tenants in the house on the property. The result on Auction Day was incredible, far exceeding the independent valuation, and our expectations. I would have much pleasure and absolute confidence in recommending Grant and his team at hockingstuart in the future. Our utmost thanks to Grant and the team at hockingingstuart. Betty Anderson

From the moment we initially met with Phil until the successful sale everything went as planned. Some agents tell you what you want to hear in order to get your business and make statements or promises that sound great but amount to little. Phil was direct, straight down the line and honest. He recommended strategies that he felt would be best for us, stated realistic outcomes without overinflating our expectations. He is knowledgeable about the market and he kept us updated regularly. We got a result above our expectation. Dealing with Phil and his team was an easy experience and it got result according to the timeline we specified - exactly as he suggested we would. For us this was a 4 week campaign that went exactly according to plan and with a minimum of fuss and zero "hot air" to overinflate our ego's or expectations. We highly recommend Phil and his team. Kind Regards, Linda & Elio.

Just using their data base Phil and Lorraine from Hockingstuart sold our property within 2 weeks for a price that exceeded our expectations! They achieved what the other agent couldn’t in 2 months. We highly recommend Phil Down and Lorraine Verdaasdonk if you are looking for an excellent agent. Phone them immediately!

As an integral member of the campaign team, Jarrod demonstrated the thoroughness and maturity of a seasoned professional. This young man is extremely personable and I'm sure, if he so desires, will have a long and successful career in the real estate industry.
