We had Grant, Phillip & Lorraine from Hockingstuart Rosebud handle the sale of our property at 25 Wilson Street, Rosebud. On the advice from Grant and the team we decided to auction after a 30 day advertising and open for inspection program. I would like to say we are very pleased with the way that Grant and his team handled all of the open for inspection days and the way they went about the advertising of the property. Also we were very pleased with the board at the front of our property. On the day of the auction the whole team performed above our expectation and we were impressed with the way Grant handled the actual auction. On this basis we would highly recommend using Hockingstuart Rosebud with the sale of any future properties.

Hocking Stuart was recommended to me from a friend , and I could have been happier than my first meeting with Steve Edmond, a very kind professional gentleman who had my best interest first.. he fought hard to get the best price he could, and he was always working for the vendor, me.. thanks Steve..

Phil came to appraise our property on a Sunday, at a short notice, which we appreciated. We liked the way he explained what his price evaluation was based on, as well as his approach to selling the property. The house was sold for the asking price, 2 days after the photos were taken. We are very happy with the outcome.

I would highly reccomend Phil Down as an agent to sell your home. Phil is honest, straightforward and keeps you well informed with feedback as to how your property is progressing along with going the extra mile in helping me attend to some things that I was unable to do as I live many km’s away. He doesn’t ‘beat about the bush’ which I very much like in a reale state agent.

Grant teamed very well with Phil Down to provide us with a very professional pair for the presentation and sale of our house. Their local knowledge was backed with expert advice and we were given feedback following each open-for-inspection day. We were also kept informed of any developments throughout the whole sale procedure. The auction by Grant was very professional, it proceeded very well and a great result was achieved.

We could not have been happier with Steve Edmund from Hocking Stewart Dromana, who guided us through, what could be a very stressful Auction process, but wasn't with his expertise and guidance. Everything we spoke about from the signing of the agreement, through to the sale on Auction day went as he anticipated it would, culminating in achieving a great price within the price range he expected. Steve was super informative, gave us great feed back on our open for inspections and went the extra mile to achieve our goal. We would not hesitate in using or recommending, Steve and Hocking Stewart Dromana again for either buying or selling our next property.
