We were delighted to find and deal with Rachele when purchasing our first change of home in 42 years. We were initially anxious (and emotional) about the process. Rachele provided honest and direct answers to all our queries and had accurate insight into the changing market. She responded quickly and pleasantly to every issue that arose We will always be grateful to her for her role in making our transition to our new home such a smooth and happy experience.

Nick Jones is a fantastic agent to work with and he made every interaction an absolute pleasure. He went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating and his knowledge of the market is very impressive. Thanks Nick!

After meeting four land agents, Rachele stood head and shoulders above the others. Unlike others, she did very little 'selling' of her services. She simply listened, looked, noted every detail, and returned with a clear marketing strategy based on an extensive understanding of target clients. The house was sold within 3 weeks at a very satisfactory price.

Rachele had great knowledge of the area and the ongoing shift of the market very easy to deal with. Though I think the agency should re think their gift we have brought and sold many houses in all price ranges. I must say I was very disappointed with the thank you gift especially in this price range. Just me opinion.
