We were comfortable with Nick from the beginning of discussions., when Nick called to let us know the home we had set our hearts on was back and available. Whilst Nick was representing the sellers he very clearly cares and is considerate of the needs of all parties involved. He was polite, thorough, made time to take us through the property not once but twice (and obviously had a fantastic relationship with the sellers). Nick knew the area in Queensland thoroughly and had grown up there, knew his market and also knew the particular concerns we would have but also answers to support.
