Selling our home with Nick Jones
Nick is cheerful, polite, punctual, always keeps his word, a great listener, with excellent knowledge and understanding of the current market and definitely not pushy or overbearing. He made selling our home easy. Nick and Jan Jones went above and beyond to help us with conveyancing issues during the purchase of our new property, well outside of Nick's geographical area. It had become problematic, stressful and confusing. We highly recommend Nick Jones and Jan Jones Realty. The best service ever!

Buying my house with Nick Jones was made easy.
Buying my house with Nick Jones was made easy. Nick is very friendly, professional and experienced. From inspecting the property to doing the handover at settlement the process was seamless. I have dealt with real estate agents before and Nick is a cut above the rest. I would strongly recommend using Nick Jones.

Rachele was professional, helpful and accommodating
When I met Rachele she was welcoming, gave me an overview of the property and answered my questions. Her manner was inviting and friendly. Rachele was most accommodating by organising a second inspection three hours later so my family could also view the property. I found Rachele professional, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

I have known Jan Jones as a Real Estate Agent for 20 years. Her experience is second to none. Her honesty, quick feed back after open houses and the great team working for her are a breath of fresh air. Good old fashioned service is what she is all about. Great service with a smile
Rachele Jones knew all about our complex when she arrived to appraise our apartment. Punctual, happy & professional. Rachele was confident of a quick sale and had 3 written offers within 3 days of listing. The person who purchased our apartment will enjoy living at Calm. Her assistant Jannean is a perfect fit in the friendly Jan Jones Team. Thanks for the fantastic service and quick sale.
