Jan took the initial call and acknowledged someone would call back. Rachele rang and arrived at the property on time. Rachele brought with her: information, market knowledge, lots of suggestions, innovations, positive energy and a passion to sell at the best potential. Rachele quickly arranged professional photos and online advertising plus an open home with her quick actions and determination to help present the property to its best potential prior to Christmas. Rachele organised all this within 6 days and professionally communicating all the while in between. Rachele had interest straight away and followed it through to secure an absolutely magnificent offer at the open home on the 8th day ....... to a couple wanting to call it 'home'!! Rachele then continued her same caring and professional communication all the way until Settlement date and after. By Rachele's side to assist in any way possible was Jannean with her professional and caring manner at all times.
