Nick went above and beyond to help make the process of selling my investment property as easy as possible. Home hadn't been listed online more than 10 minutes and he had a great offer presented. Simple process and very friendly and professional.

We purchased our first home through Nick. It was refreshing to deal with an agent who is upfront and doesn't have an agenda. He works in both the best interests of the seller and the buyer and was very accommodating when arranging settlement and the connection of our electricity. Thanks for your help, Nick!

We loved dealing with Rachele for our recent purchase. Rachele kept us up to date throughout the process and her local knowledge and experience was much appreciated.

Nick hands down is the best! We have sold prior to enlisting Jan Jones help and from the first moment Nick walked through the door we knew he was the agent for us. When selling you want to have a connection with your agent, have full confidence that they know the market and that they can deliver. We put our total trust in Nick and he didn’t disappoint. The process from start to finish was effortless. Our house settled last week getting a price which blew us out of the water. Just now I messaged asking for a recommendation on an alternate solicitor for the purchase of our new property and straight away he replied. I could go on. But know if you choose Nick Jones you have chosen the best! Thanks Nick for everything.

Great asset to the Industry, over the last few months I’ve meet many that was not interested in what my needs were, only selling a over inflated house. Jan is honest and reliable, and did her very best for me and Greg.
Jan Jones
Jan was honest with what she wanted to do and her costs when selling my property. I bought my house through Jan Jones 13.5 years ago. I am very happy with her professionalism and friendly manner. Jan had a contract for me at a great price in less than a week.

Jan was amazing and so helpful. She kept us updated on property sales so never missed out and eventually found our first home. Thank you again for everything Jan!

Rachele made the selling of our property effortless. She kept us up to date with progress during time on the market and their advertising campaign and achieved the desired outcome in a very prompt manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending or using her again if we ever had another property in Queensland that we wanted to sell.
