I needed to sell my mother's home in Deception Bay after she was diagnosed with dementia, l rang Nick & he came over to view the property he sat down and explained every thing that he would do for us as she is in a nursing home. l had to arrange it all over the phone as l live in Sydney and Nick had every thing up and running with pictures in 3 days. On the open house days l received calls with updates on all to do with the sale, 4 days later he said house was sold l was very impressed with him as nothing was to much trouble.
