I needed to sell my mother's home in Deception Bay after she was diagnosed with dementia, l rang Nick & he came over to view the property he sat down and explained every thing that he would do for us as she is in a nursing home. l had to arrange it all over the phone as l live in Sydney and Nick had every thing up and running with pictures in 3 days. As a first home buyers, I did not have any experience in purchasing a property, plus language barrier.
