As the Review title reads Professional In every aspect needed to sell a property from the listing agreement to the sale. Honest Gave me daily/ weekly updates of my listing plus surrounding area to compare with data to back it up and I think this information was excellent in our discussions in changing ads, price open house times etc to get the best outcome possible for this sale. Respectful . As covid 19 struck around the same time as this listing Nick had to change a lot of things and go above the just a 9 to 5 job regarding Open homes, private viewings etc and he always discussed by phone or personal contact with both of us the best possible way to do to keep all parties safe when viewing the property .
