As a first home buyers, I did not have any experience in purchasing a property, plus language barrier. I was very concerned about the leaking water tank of the property, which may be very expensive to fix. Leisa helps me get two quotes for free. I really appreciated it. She told me to have a solicitor looked the contract before I sign and try to help me protect my interest. She patiently explained the cracks on the garage floor and comfort my worries.
