Rachel is the most experienced person we have ever had contact with, she is very efficient and reliable, very easy to talk to, always kept her word. When we had some questions, she was just a phone call away and resolved all issues straight away. She has made selling our property easy and a great experience.

I'm happy, you're happy, we're all happy... This line from The Rocky Horror Show sums up our experience with this sale. We put our house on the market only a few days before the country went into lock-down for the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout these trying times, Leisa was relentless in her push to get us the sale we needed to move forward. In the end, a purchaser was found, who we expect to be as happy in their new home as we had been since its construction.

Leisa has excellent communication skills. I submitted an enquiry for my property and Leisa called me within 20 minutes to set up an inspection. This is rare where an agent is this responsive! She assisted me throughout the process with honesty, clarity and I was certain that I was receiving the best experience possible. When I encountered any issue (even not in her realm of responsibility), Leisa went the extra mile to assist me to resolve the issue. As a first-time buyer, this kept me at ease and it made the process less stressful. I'd highly recommend Leisa and have already referred friends' to her.

We can highly recommended Nick as an agent to sell your Home. Nick is very professional, maintains clear communication throughout the process and has a thorough knowledge of the housing market in the 4508 area. We have now sold our beautiful Home in an extremely short period of time and feel Nick is by far the best agent we have come across

We purchased a property listed by Rachele and negotiated and signed a contract within two days of our inspection. Three years later after a major renovation Rachele sold that same property for us within three days of listing with a substantial increase. She was professional, up to date with the market and provided the right marketing campaign both times to achieve a quick sale. Thanks Rachele we will be more than happy to recommend you and look forward to engage with you in the future.

After originally purchasing the property via Rachele from Jan Jones in 2015, I couldn't think of a better person to list with, when I was wanting to sell it. Rachele is a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and professional, with a calm positive demeanor (which I was thankful for going into the sale market at the commencement of COVID-19). Rachele has great knowledge of the peninsula and the market, I received sound advice on pricing and what I may need to do to the property to achieve a sale quickly, all of which was spot on as I received an offer within the first fortnight of it being listed, which was a great result given inspections were restricted due to the health pandemic. I look forward to buying and selling with Rachele once again in the future.

As a first home buyer I was very impressed with Leisa. She was polite, knowledegable & very helpful. After finding a suitable property on the Saturday Leisa was able to negotiate & secure a signed contract the next day & guided me thru the buying process thru to settlement day. I highly recommend Leisa & Jan Jones R/E when purchasing your next property.
