From initial contact Leisa's professionalism and initiative was obvious. Following the development of some reasonably difficult circumstances Leisa was able to provide advice and contacts to deal with some previous property mismanagement. The patience demonstrated by her throughout the challenges of the sale was greatly appreciated and made the process run as smooth as possible given the circumstances. Leisa's approach to advertising, property preparation and broad network of contacts resulted in a very quick and pain free sale, highly recommended. Well priced and worth every dollar.

Rachel sold a house for us a few years ago and achieved above expected market value. We had no hesitation in appointing her as our agent for this property. We trust her knowledge, experience and advice. We were happy with the outcome, which was achieved in a very short time, in a very efficient and respectful manner.

Rachele was great straight from the start and was very professional and great communication between the seller and us. Cant recommend Rachele from Jan Jones Clontarf enough. Family owned, family run, no more to say. Thanks again, we love our new home.

We found Rachele very professional and prompt to deal with. Not only were her fees of 2% GST inclusive the best we found but she was excellent in how she communicated and definitely went the extra mile to sell our property in Margate. If I either buy or sell up in the peninsula again I would not choose another agent. I've been buying and selling property for over 30 years and she's one of the best I've come across.

Rachele is a very warm and caring person whose personality shines through her professional ability to handle potentially delicate matters that surface throughout the sale process. She has a deft ability to remain positive when setbacks occur and keep all parties focused on the primary goal.
