I didn't believe i would find an honest real estate agent until i had first hand experience of the Jan Jones team. What a good bunch of people who really work hard for the vendors , over and above what is expected of them. Jan personally dealt with the sale of my home , by bringing a qualified buyer to show through and ultimately a contract was gained by her friendly, easy manner. She is the best.

Nick was an excellent agent for my mother. He knew the area well and was able to help us with questions along the way and provide options. He dealt with the whole sale from Start to finish very professionally. Thanks Nick

Jan came through on every thing she promised. She didn't over estimate the value of our property and therefore our expectations were more than met. Jan communicated with us regularly to keep us informed of any feedback. We could not be happier with our experience. Honest, caring and down to earth, she felt like a friend rather than a real estate agent. Couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Jan was fantastic. She sold my townhouse recently and went above and beyond, even dealing with the tenant directly when my rental agent wouldn't. She and her team were instrumental in getting it settled before christmas at a price that I was very happy with in the current unit market. Big thanks Jan and team!

Jan Jones came to my aid when i had no clue where to start when we had to sell our property. not only did she bring the property up to saleable quality within six weeks she had it under contract and sold within one week. and at the price we wanted. Jan displayed a quality of professionalism rarely seen in any business dealings. thank you so much Jan.

I cannot speak highly enough for this Real Estate Jan Jones, especially Rachele Jones, very polite, upfront with you, very professional in her approach regards valuing what your property is worth, pretty spot on, Rachele does not try to over price your property just to get the listing ,which I found out the hard way from another Real Estate, so I highly recommend Rachele and her Real Estate, many thanks Rachele.

I have bought and sold a property through Rachele in the last 2 years and would highly recommend her. She kept us informed at all times and was always happy and courteous. Her knowledge of the area and what is happening was great. I would certainly appoint her as our agent when we sell again
