We have used Rachelle to both sell our house and purchase from. We had a great and hassle free experience on both occasions and we achieved above our expectations on selling. Rachelle definitely works for the seller on obtaining the best price possible for your home and is easy and honest to deal with as a purchaser. I can highly recommend Rachael and she will be my choice again.

After meeting with several agents on the peninsular, Rachele was an easy choice. Rachele knew the market, gave an accurate view on what my property was worth and put together all the necessary documents quickly. My property sold within 24 hours of being listed. Rachele had an enquiry on day one and made herself available to show the potential buyers through and we had a contract fully executed within hours. Jan Jones' marketing options are straight forward and uncomplicated. Many other agents on the peninsular wanted to charge thousands for the same advertising and photography packages, whereas Jan Jones has $0 advertising. When I enquired about upgrading my marketing Rachele gave her honest opinion around not believing it was not worth it for my property and believed the quality of my property would shine through all the other ads online. Her advice was spot on and the result, I couldn't have been happier about. I highly recommend Rachele and will most definitely engage her again for future sales.
