A big thankyou to Branko Lemaic and the team at JAS Stephens for managing the sale of our first home in Spotswood and realising an amazing result at auction. Branko is so genuine, honest, hardworking and generous with his time and expertise. Myself and my wife Andrea learnt so much during the sale process. Branko's knowledge of property, market conditions and attention to detail and communication was so impressive. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Branko and the JAS team and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their property in the inner west.

I couldn't be happier with Jade! An absolute professional from the get go. As a local who grew up in the inner west, I had complete confidence in her market knowledge and negotiating skills to sell my property, which she did a stellar job at. She really is the best!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Branko to sell my house, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial conversation about selling the house, Branko was an absolute pro. His market knowledge and experience were evident right away. He provided me with a detailed analysis of our local market, helping me set the right price to attract the right buyers. If you're looking for an agent/auctioneer who will go the extra mile to get the job done, Branko is the one to choose.

Lily was a great agent to work with. While I understood that she was the vendor's agent, I was confident that she was being honest and as forthcoming as she could be. She was willing to work with my husband and I to ensure our concerns were addressed as far as possible and this helped us bid at auction without any hesitation.

In dealing with us in the sale of our property, Tate was always professional, patient, respectful and, in practical terms, had a high level of market knowledge. He was prompt in retuning calls and messages. The result was above expectations

We had an excellent buying experience with Tate. Tate was super approachable and professional and great to deal with as we negotiated a pre-auction purchase. We were obviously quite anxious to secure the property, and Tate's calm demeanour and helpful nature really facilitated the process with a minimum of stress. We are thrilled with our new property, and Tate has been super supportive with all of the practical arrangements, and even negotiating with the owner to allow us access to bring a tradesman through ahead of our settlement. We couldn't be happier with the process and the excellent outcome and we can't recommend Tate highly enough!
