Taylor was a pleasure to deal with. Knowledge of the local market was second to none. Expect to be keep upto date at all times throughout the selling journey. As a vendor, he instilled confidence and trust. Can’t wait to sell another home. Thanks Taylor and the Jas Stephen’s team.

Great professional selling experience with Jas and Taylor. Clear communication, attentive, good reading of the market and excellent result selling our investment property. After having had a poor experience a few years ago with a different agency it was a relief to have things work out so well.

Excellent service from an excellent human being with a great team ! Andy Simpson came highly recommended and my husband and I we were lucky enough to found out why... Andy is knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and very responsive with all communication ! The whole team at Jas Stephens were great as well but Andy went above and beyond even lending us his own whipper snipper when we needed to shoosh our garden ! Andy and the team at Jas Stephens provided us with regular data updates and Andy called us after EVERY inspection which made us feel like we were in great hands ! We were all set to go with another agent when our Buyers Advocate, Cate Bakos, stepped in suggested we at least meet Andy. We are so happy we took her suggestion. Andy Simpson & Jas Stephens will be our first choice of real estate agents the next time we sell!

Jade was helpful and responsive. We appreciate all her effort in helping us purchase our first family home. Easy to work with and wouldn’t hesitate in working with her again in the future.

I have dealt with a lot of agents in my time in real estate but never one better than Tate. His professionalism, honesty and clear and concise communication was second to none and he knows the market inside out. Highly recommend if you're either buying or selling.
