This is my second property Andy has sold for me. Despite the currently global economic situation, Andy sold the property for me in a short time period. Andy has a great understanding of the current market and did a wonderful job of managing client expectations. Andy is someone who l would be happy to recommend and hopefully get the opportunity to engage with again.

Patrick was great to deal with, being a first home buyer I had lots of questions and Patrick was always available with answers for me. Very easy to deal with and made the process of buying a new home a lot smoother.

Tate helped my partner and I find a home recently. He showed us through a few properties and was always accommodating, honest, and recommending of the aspects of buying a property that are important. As an example, Tate organised for building inspections etc. He also helped us through the process of buying the property which we bought. Highly recommend.

Selling a property in this climate has been a real test in patience and resilience. Thankfully Patrick, Fiona and the team at JAS were up to the task. Throughout the campaign Patrick provided thorough and detailed reports. I was always kept up-to-date on how many had walked through the property, their level of interest, expected price range and Patrick’s own insight on each buyer. As the campaign faced various curve balls Patrick was patient and provided solid recommendations. One such curveball was maintenance; I was concerned about finding a reliable tradesmen’s to fix up some cosmetic issues. Patrick put me in touch with Nick, who is the most honest and communicative tradesmen I’ve met. On top of that he made the property look brand new. If you’re looking to sell in Yarraville I strongly recommend getting in touch with Patrick at JAS. He’s reliable, transparent and an amazing agent to work with!

Jade has a friendly approach which makes the process very comforting! She was very upfront and honest with me, I was nervous being a first home buyer so I really appreciated her advice. Another lovely thing about Jade, she made my family feel involved in the process which they really enjoyed.

I had an excellent experience working with Tate for the sale of our house. From the initial consultation to the final closing, Tate was highly professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Tate's expertise in negotiating helped us secure a great offer that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Tate to anyone looking for a reliable and competent real estate agent who truly cares about his clients' needs and goals.

Taylor reached out to us at the perfect time, as we were looking for a bigger house to accommodate our growing family. We always said we would use Jas Stephens ( and Taylor) as they sold us the house we live in now, just three years ago, and Taylor’s service then was nothing but excellence. In this new instance we had both meetings in person, and plenty of phone calls to discuss the best options and progress for the sale. Taylor was flexible with our schedules and always picked up the phone . Once again he showed professionalism, but also authenticity and honesty in his approach. He also supported us with our new house, giving us honest and accurate market feedback, and it gave us confidence in our decision making. He continued to chase down leads and in the end sold our house off market, for a great price on the very same day we purchased our new house! You couldn’t ask for more. We can’t thank or recommend Taylor enough for anyone going through any purchase or sale themselves.

Branko went through the entire process with us slowly so that we could confidently understand each step of the sale. His personal approach to the sale was comforting and it reassured us that we had made the correct discsion in using Branko.
