Although we worked through an advocate, we were always kept well informed by George as well. He kept our advocate up to date and sent us regular email updates. George clearly explained things to us, and before, during and after the auction he continued to work towards a result that we were happy with. From the very beginning George was clear in what we needed to do / not do regarding our property.
