Tahsin and team really went above and beyond expectations! As our long-term tenants had to vacate our property asap, the team at Kho and Lee acted with speed to get adverts and inspections up and running to ensure that we could secure a new lease. In less than a week, we secured a lease, with the outgoing tenants happy to leave the property to save on rent and the new tenants happy to move in asap, and we were very happy to have no gap in the rental income! The team worked hard to ensure hand-over was done in one day and any fixes to the property attended to promptly. This is no easy feat in usual times let along during COVID-19.
