Once again... fantastic !!!
It's not a great time to find yourself either without a home or a tenant as COVID-19 descends upon us. But thankfully, even then the team at Khoo and Lee, and in particular Mr Chong Park ensured that everything progresses well, reacts swiftly and enables a new lease to be signed. It was quite nerve-wracking to think about what could go wrong in such an unprecedented situation, but somehow knowing I'm in the right experienced and professional hands removes all the stress. From keeping me updated of relevant necessary things, whilst just dealing to the smaller no-fuss stuff behind the scenes... it all reminds me why I chose and stay with Khoo and Lee. Fantastic service

Great Experience
We recently renovated our unit in Ultimo and want to share our experience. Two years ago we organised a renovation for a different unit on our own and it ended up in a disaster with the builder going broke and none of the contractors getting paid. This time we asked our real estate agent Mr Chong Park from Kho & Lee Property Group if he knows someone reliable to do the renovation. He organised straight away the right people and the whole renovation has been a very relaxed experience. After finishing the renovation he found a nice tenant for us for the right price. Koh & Lee is looking after our place since 18 years and we highly recommend them.
