We recently renovated our unit in Ultimo and want to share our experience. Two years ago we organised a renovation for a different unit on our own and it ended up in a disaster with the builder going broke and none of the contractors getting paid. This time we asked our real estate agent Mr Chong Park from Kho & Lee Property Group if he knows someone reliable to do the renovation.
