Always friendly and helpful. We have appreciated their service for over 10 years now. We have always had good tenants and I am sure this has much to do with this wonderful agency. It's not a great time to find yourself either without a home or a tenant as COVID-19 descends upon us. But thankfully, even then the team at Khoo and Lee, and in particular Mr Chong Park ensured that everything progresses well, reacts swiftly and enables a new lease to be signed. It was quite nerve-wracking to think about what could go wrong in such an unprecedented situation, but somehow knowing I'm in the right experienced and professional hands removes all the stress. From keeping me updated of relevant necessary things, whilst just dealing to the smaller no-fuss stuff behind the scenes... it all reminds me why I chose and stay with Khoo and Lee. Thanks once again... fantastic work.

I have worked with Kho and Lee to lease my apartment for the past couple of years. With the apartment having previously been my own home, it is more than just an investment property to me. Linh Toal from Kho and Lee has been my primary contact and has ensured that I have had tenants who have been solid and reliable, and just as important who have taken care of the apartment as their own home. In securing a new tenant recently, Linh and other staff have kept me well up to date on the result of viewings and their changes in marketing strategy in order to maximise opportunities - and resulting in securing a tenant in what are trying times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kho and Lee with special mention to Linh for their fantastic service.

The highly professional people at Kho and Lee have been a great help to us over the years. Firstly Mr Sami Yilts helped us secure the property and took us through the purchasing process. Secondly Linh has managed the property securing excellent rent and zero vacancy over many years. I am very happy to recommend Kho and Lee to anyone for all property needs.

We recently renovated our unit in Ultimo and want to share our experience. Two years ago we organised a renovation for a different unit on our own and it ended up in a disaster with the builder going broke and none of the contractors getting paid. This time we asked our real estate agent Mr Chong Park from Kho & Lee Property Group if he knows someone reliable to do the renovation. He organised straight away the right people and the whole renovation has been a very relaxed experience. After finishing the renovation he found a nice tenant for us for the right price. Koh & Lee is looking after our place since 18 years and we highly recommend them.

My experience with the team to find a new tenant during the holiday season had been good. They had open house inspection often and report to me the out come via email. For potential tenants, they followed up and discussed with me on phone. I really appreciate their effort.

Kho & Lee have been managing my rental property for the past couple of years, and I couldn't recommend them enough. It's really a case of out of sight, out of mind. Everything related to the management of my property, goes so smoothly, sometimes I think I forget that I have a rental property. If it comes to repairs, they're on it without a delay. Even when changing tenants, or negotiating extensions and the like, they really turn it out around really quickly, that I never have to worry about anything.
