We are very delighted and satisfied with the excellent efforts of the leasing team at Kho & Lee, particularly the leader Mr Park. They displayed high quality of works in handling the exit of old tenants and search of the new tenants. It was a very smooth transition at the time between the old and new tenants. At the same time we are very happy that they had found a good new tenants so rapidly. Thanks

We have a complex investment property that Kho & Lee manage for us and we're delighted with the service we receive. The current property manager, Tahsin, is the best we've had. Manages and cares for our property as if it were his own. A couple of years ago, we had some difficult issues arise and Tom Lee came out personally and helped sorted things out. Really excellent. We couldn't ask for more.

Our property manager Chong has always been professional and always looks out for our best interest. We live overseas and Chong always makes us feel like we are in Australia. Before the major works at our building Chong will take his weekend and attend important meetings on our behalf. Thank you for always looking out for us and taking such good care of our property
