The reviewer decides the review score not the agent
I did not appreciate getting hassled for a 5 star review by my agent who spoke to me twice on the phone to try to pressurise me into giving him 5 stars and argued with me as to why he should get 5 stars. I felt this was highly unprofessional and I did not appreciate what was like some sort of hard sell tactic. The agent did do a thorough job of documenting all minor problems with the apartment and took the time to explain everything to me. I also was given a second key fob which I requested albeit a broken one. However, I would not give 5 stars unless service is exceptional and arriving 20 minutes late to the appointment was not exceptional nor was the fact that I had to chase up the office to find out what time I had to come in to get the keys and sign the lease. I was thinking maybe 3 or 4 stars at first but after getting a bullying phone call to demand 5 stars, this has reduced my review score to two as it was so unprofessional to hassle a tenant like this and probably breaches the tenants right to quiet enjoyment of the premises. Some of my experience with the company have been good. Other times it has been absolutely terrible. There also needs to be a more genuine approach and not playing people for fools as I'm sure most people can see through the used car sales man type approach.
