Kho & Lee have been able secure tenants for my property during a difficult market without having to compromise rental return. Chong Park (Senior Property Manager) has been fantastic with communicating any updates and always with a positive attitude.

I really appreciate our agent Linh from Kho & Lee who has sound knowledge of the property market and always goes one step further to address our needs. Her team member Sophie is just as bubbly and cheerful and most helpful

We have used Kho & Lee for some time. Tahsin of Kho and Lee has always been our responsible and helpful agent. He found us a tenant quickly when our property was vacated and at a difficult time of year - December! Myself and wife have been very satisfied with his service.

I have been with Kho & Lee for over 7 years. My unit has never been empty more than a week. I have never had to use our landlord insurance as no damages or missed rental payment has occurred. They have always been very professional and extremely helpful. An absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended. We have dealt mainly with Linh Toal can’t speak highly enough of the service provided.
