Linh and her team in Kho and Lee are always so exceptional 10 out of 10 for every properties they have managed for me. From the moment I handover my key to Linh, I know my property is on the best hands, from active weekly listing and private viewings, to tenant application checking and go above the standard to make sure we understand who we are leasing to. Linh is also very fair and reasonable to act in between the tenant and the landlord, always guiding both parties to do the right thing and respect the fair trading's rules. I am proud of my property, proud of the tenants stay in my property and proud of my agent Linh Toal and the Kho&Lee Team
