I am very grateful to have my property manager, Robert Ljubic to look after our property in Belrose. His skills, knowledge and services provided to me are exceptional outstanding. For example, I paid the property inspector to complete the jobs during the property settlement, and he didn't fully complete. Robert guided me how to lodge the claim via NSW Tribunal in more effective manner. There is another incident that as due to thunder storm in the beginning of this year, the big gum tree in front of our property fell and damaged the front gate and gutters. Robert immediately organized someone to fix the issues for me. After that, he had all of the supporting docs and photos ready for me to lodge the insurance claim without me to mention anything at all. He make it very easy for me. General speaking, i have deal with few property managers before, but no one can match the professional standard from Robert. I highly recommend Robert to you.
