From inspection, to communication, to facilitating a price reduction negotiation. I had some renovations scheduled immediately after settlement, however I wasn't able to get a set of keys from the former property managers. Thankfully, Rachael went above and beyond and was able to supply me with a spare set of keys at a moment's notice so that my tradies could get inside.
