I am one who likes to be in control and close to all events that I am involved with. Living in another STATE I thought would make me very uneasy. Nyree Ewings took all that away from me. I have only met Nyree face to face once and again I knew Nyree has what it takes to get results. She is not pushy (if she was she would have lost the work), she is genuine, honest and she kept us completely up to date with everything. Expectation was met and all fantastic up to a signed contract. Then emails sms's & request not acted on in a timely manner. I had to contact the buyer myself to find out what they were asked on my behalf and found not all requests were submitted by the agency to the buyer which delayed the actions that could have been taken. The buyer wanted to assist but with the late notice nothing could be done. This impacted me as the seller financially.
