Paul jumped on board with a clear timeline and plan of action all on the day that we made contact, making us feel very confident that we could secure a timely sale. We don’t live locally anymore to where our property was but this was no barrier to Paul steaming ahead putting fabulous marketing together, running multiple open homes each week, advertising on social media, and diligently following up interest. Not only was Paul proactive, but he kept us in the loop at every step informing us about interest, times where there was a drop in interest, progress, and new ideas. At no point did we feel we had to chase Paul and we never felt things weren’t moving. This was especially reassuring when we went on holidays and Paul adapted to contact via email and competing with overseas time differences to continue supporting us. We felt we could trust that Paul was empathetic towards our needs as sellers, as well as the experience of our tenant through marketing/inspection processes, and also supportive of the buyers needs. This all meant things were very smooth sailing as all parties were looked after thoughtfully. In dealing concurrently with an interstate real estate (and feeling quite disappointed), we have come to realise that Paul offers well above the gold star standard in real estate.
