Michelle Beamish rented us a property that should never have been rented out due to the owner conducting extensive, noisy and disruptive renovations on our property for several months of our tenancy which we did not know would be occurring during our tenancy until after our tenancy started. What's more, she refused to even give us a rent decrease, and didnt even give us entry notices of the works. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a real estate agent. Shameful behaviour.
