I am inter state investor and I was looking for really efficient and expert property manager who can help me in pre-purchase inspections and all management related formalities once property is settled. "Katy Bryan" from LJ Hooker helped me a lot with searching for right property as per my requirements. Once we settled the property, Katy took the handover and suggested important and smart repair items. I haven`t visited the property yet but Katy and her team has done all the work really efficiently. I have got really smart and hardworking property manager "Michelle Beamish". She was super quick in completing all the formalities for tenants move in. I have been dealing with Michelle L J Hooker for over two years now she is just wonderful not everything has to be by email you can actually call or text her and she does get back to you she is very fair for myself as the investment property owner and the tenants. 100% would not deal with anybody else everything is followed through don’t ever seem to have any dramas at all and I’ve had very few change of tenants mainly because they’ve broken up a relationship or had to move out because their partners stuck overseas because of Covid always seem nice and easy to find replacements wish I had more investment properties I would definitely give them to L J Hooker and Michele

Any work that has needed attention you have made sure all the work has been handled by processionals and followed up until the very end.
