I received notice of a rent increase for my rental property and the next day I inspected a Unit in Carrara. I lodged an Application on the following Monday & was approved to move in the next Friday - how is that for efficient management by LJ Hooker? The staff I have had contact with have been very friendly and most contact has been via email. What I expected to be a very stressful situation, was less stressful thanks to LJ Hooker at Nerang.

I find it difficult to get answers sometimes, follow up on property issues has been a bit challenging, was charged for a service when it was a neighbour at fault which still hasn’t been rectified even after multiple messages. Charged fees which I was unaware of. Tennants let dogs in the house, leaving it smelling bad even after the bond clean.
