We signed up with LJH Nerang last November, following a lot of research and meetings with a number of real estate agencies. Since the very start, Rachel Neylan filled in for our property manager and did an excellent job managing our property. She is professional, responsive, efficient and built a good relationship with our previous tenants who had been difficult to manage. Rachel was proactive, patient and fair. For a period of time, Rachel managed the difficult negotiations holding the tenants responsible to rectify various damages to the property. It was a stressful experience on our part as well while the tenants attempted different tactics to deflect responsibilities. I believe that managing these difficult negotiations is where the best skills of an experienced property manager lies as these negotiations are often fraught with negative emotions and could be more challenging than sales negotiations. Rachel demonstrated all the great qualities we hope for from a PM and more. More recently, Cassandra took over the management of our property. Her attention to details is amazing and is also an absolute pleasure to work with. After a challenging vacate process, Rachel and Cassandra found us new tenants in a short space of time. We are thrilled with the outcome. The new tenants wished to start the tenancy days after their application was approved. It was a rush to get everything ready. On the day when the entry condition was done, Cassandra wasn’t available, Michelle and Gareth helped out with the entry condition report. We went to the property to finish some maintenance work and were impressed by how thorough Michelle and Gareth were, noting down every detail of the property on one of the hottest days this summer. Everyone we have interacted with at LJ Hooker is friendly and professional. It’s a supportive and highly competitive team. Overall, we couldn’t be more satisfied with our choice to have LJH Nerang looking after our long term investment.

The new lease of our home was handled very quickly and professional by Melissa. Thank you. I was dissappointed that your agency for the third or fourth time automatically arranged a Alarm inspection against our instructions noted on our property files many years ago.
