I was contacted by Shant after i lodged my application and was contacted shortly after to let me know it was in the system. The next business day Shant again contacted me and advised that I had been approved. A couple of days later I visited their offices and signed the necessary paperwork. The process was smooth timely and professional.

Everything went very smooth and efficient from the initial inspection to moving and submitting the condition report. Matt was very prompt in responding to our queries and concerns and very promptly sent the tradie to fix one of the issue we identified after moving in to the unit.
