I have generally been happy with the service provided by Marriott Lane. However there were some issues when the property was being leased recently. Although Marriott Lane has been managing our property for over 15 years the agent was unsure whether it had a garage or parking space when the property was being leased. I thought this was a bit unusual. The property wasn't listed as open for inspection on realestate.com.au prior to the open on a Saturday. The office also didn’t have the property on their list of open homes. This seemed to be an oversight which may have affected the number of people that were aware the property was available for lease. There was also a failure to follow up on the installation of new roller blinds.
