We met Sabine from Marriott Lane Real Estate at an open inspection for a vacant rental property in Waverton. Sabine was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the property. We elected to submit our rental application the same day and she helped to have it processed quickly and kept us updated well throughout the process. After moving in, Sabine checked in with us via email and phone to see if we needed help with anything and she has responded promptly to all requests. I was looking for a bigger apartment to move into with my family and came across a fantastic unit advertised by Marriott Lane Real Estate. Shant from this agency made the whole experience of enquiring about the unit, preparing relevant documents as part of a rental application and signing the rental contract an easy and enjoyable one, which I really appreciated given how much stress such a process already involves.
