Great property managers
Our property manager, Shant Komchian, at Marriott Lane has been excellent. Recently our property was empty for a few weeks due to current market conditions relating to COVID. Shant co-ordinated trades for some minor upgrades to the unit while it was empty on our behalf, advised on the overall market and ultimately found an appropriate tenant to move in.

Excellent agency!
Matt Hanlon manages one of my properties and he gave excellent advice on how to market it when the lease expired. I'm grateful for his advice on the work to be done to refresh the property, and it was rented out soon after the renovation was done in this challenging Covid environment.

Fantastic in every way
Marriott Lane have been managing my investment property for 6 years now. They are fabulous and I can’t speak highly enough of the quality service and attention to detail they provide. Highly recommend the Marriott Lane team, particularly Andrea who is just so lovely to deal with.

Perseverance in these trying times
It’s good to see all the effort put in to try and secure a tenant for us during this unusual and trying times. What was just as important was the level of communication to provide us visibility of the market and interest, and keeping us across any developments.

Helpful and accomodating
We deal with Matthew primarily and have struck up quite the rapport with him. He is engaging and helpful and dare I say it, quite funny. He always puts a positive spin on situations and is happy to help in any way he can. Thanks for a great few months.
