We had very good experience in dealing with Stuart Howard when searching and buying our new property. Enquiries and correspondences with Stuart were responded in a timely manner, especially that we only decided to bid for the property only a few days before the auction.

Stuart was professional in dealing with us as a buyer and supported us in securing a property off market that met our requirements for an investment property. At the same time he was able to create a win for the purchaser by securing them a very good price. Stuarts attention to detail, and experience shone through during the negotiation towards contract exchange including providing a builders quote to support some required renovation works. Stuart has a calm, professional manner and is easy to work with on a process. I would work with Stuart again.
