Wollstonecraft Property Sale
I was apprehensive about selling my property in Wollstonecraft, having lived there for 26 years. It was a family home for a time so there was an emotional attachment for myself and my daughters. Another issue, as it was late last year, 2018, and not a seller’s market… to sell or wait? Having made the decision to sell I called Stuart Howard at Marriot Lane Real Estate. I had maintained contact with stuart over several years, during that time he regularly updated me regarding sales in the area. Stuart’s area of expertise during two meetings he gave me a comprehensive summary of as he described it, the process of marketing and selling real estate, it is a process Stuart would say. During the following weeks, it assisted me to take the experience a step at a time and result in what I felt like i would be mission impossible - with Stuart’s strategy it seemed possible. The short marketing campaign began in early November and the auction in mid December, the campaign continued well, owing to Stuart’s competence, diligence, hard work and natural ability in marketing and selling real estate. He was also sensitive to the nostalgia myself and family felt for the property which i appreciated. During the pre auction period and on the day, stuart had the able assistance of Stephen ’Sullivan and Wayne Marriott of Marriott Lane real estate. Also Peter Baldwin, our auctioneer, who conducted the auction until its successful conclusion in an amiable and professional manner. An effective team I would not hesitate to contact again and recommend to others. Stuart with his calm confidence steered me through the process, with formidable and minimal stress for all concerned. He delivered with unfailing courtesy, humour, and always a smile, result is an all round good experience. thank you Stuart.
