As a first time home buyer Stuart was exceptional at guiding me though the buying process. Stuart always remained professional, personable and supportive - keeping me informed at all stages. He has a great knowledge of the local market and provided excellent advice to the many questions that I had. I couldn't have been happier going through this process with Stuart as well as the wider team at Marriott Lane. Thank you!!!

We had excellent communication with Howard. Due to travel ban we have executed the purchase from overseas and no problem whatsoever.

With Stuart's great help, we just successfully exchanged the contract for purchase of a property at Wollstonecraft. In the process, Stuart has demonstrated his professional expertise as a real estate agent and has provided us a great help in the exchange of the contract of the property. I recommend him to all those who need a professional real estate agent for their purchase and sale of properties. Thanks, Stuart! Grace Tang

Stuart was diligent and motivated during his efforts to sell our unit. He communicated often and realistically with good advice about the market developments. Stuart developed a good and helpful relationship with our most serious buyers and we have had a very comfortable exchange with Stuart and the Marriot Lane team at Crows Nest . Stuart’s experience was invaluable as the weeks progressed through a most interesting marketing period during Covid 19. A very pleasing outcome for us. Many thanks to Stuart .

Stuart was the vendor’s agent for the purchase of my first property. From my first contact with him, he was responsive, flexible and always willing to accomodate any request to inspect the property. During all viewings, he wasn’t pushy, or intrusive but answered any questions I had in a professional and knowledgable manner. I found Stuart easy to deal with, he was approachable, communicated well during the settlement process and I had every confidence that he live up to his word.

I have just experienced a fast and efficient sale of my Cammeray investment property receiving full asking price in a very unusual market time in 2020. Stuart was concise, very effective and he communicated extremely well with me throughout the sale period. He clearly understands the local market and kept me focused with reasonable expectations throughout the period. I feel very fortunate that the sale of the property occurred so quickly and without any issues. Many thanks to Stuart and I'll recommend to others in the future.

Stuart marketed our property professionally and with quiet enthusiasm. His updates following each OPEN were concise and astute. Our marketing campaign was in March 2020 and it became increasingly clear that times were becoming more difficult with the COVID19 virus - it was certainly a difficult period. We were thrilled with the outcome and the way that Stuart handled the sale. We would certainly recommend Marriott Lane Real Estate, and Stuart Howard in particular, to any Vendor.
