Adrian Venturi was the selling agent for the property I just bought. I found Adrian to be friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. It was a situation where he had multiple interested buyers who couldn't quite commit for various reasons. I slipped in between the buyers and made an immediate offer (without requiring finance approval). Once Adrian had his "committed buyer" he moved heaven and earth to negotiate the final details and pricing (a small increase) and arrange exchange of contracts. From the time I first saw the property to exchange was only 24 hours. He always had his own clients' interests as the paramount consideration but was a delight to deal with, so much so he's coming for a drink after settlement to view my quiver of old surfboards! Buying or selling, I thoroughly recommend Adrian's services.
