I'd like to thank Rowena a lot for the help she offered during the whole process of buying this property. Rowena did not ignore my online request for the additional info even though I am an interstate buyer and haven't ever inspected the property. Her phone call really did give me a lot of confidence about this property and eventually helped me make up my mind to fly over and purchase this lovely property at the end. Rowena is also really professional on helping me out during the settlement - always puncture on the appointment and good with follow up etc. It was a great experience dealing with Rowena.
