Expats selling remotely, we needed professionalism and chemistry
We carried out a three year renovation on our property. On our last visit to Sydney in February 2020 we met and selected James Baker and Lauren Garner to market our property. Little did we realise we would not be able to return due to Covid, or see our house finished in person.
James and Lauren explained the market concisely and where our house was positioned. It took a further 12 months to complete the renovation. During this time we stayed in regular contact receiving updates on recent sales and the general market.
When we were ready to sell we discussed and agreed to go to auction. Immediately, the house was staged, photographed and the marketing campaign kicked off.
Throughout the preauction period we were regularly kept up to date via text and calls.
We particularly appreciated being guided through the auction process and strategy.
