About Jemma

Jemma started her Real Estate career fresh out of high school at the beginning of 2013 and over time Jemma has worked her way up through the industry. She commenced as a Sales Administrator and not long after moved to the role of Property Management Assistant where she also assisted other departments within the office. In 2015 Jemma successfully completed her Property Management Certificate and took on a small portfolio which through her knowledge and professionalism, grew into a much larger portfolio. Jemma is always keen to complete further training to expand her knowledge to ensure she provides the best service possible.

Couldn't have gone any smoother!

The time from first contact, to leasing my property was no more than 2 weeks. This didn't happen due to market conditions but the fast and professional work by Megan, who leased the property and now by Ranae who is managing it. I highly recommend to anyone.

Superb service and clear and organised communication

Helpful and willing to go the extra mile

To start with I did have a couple agents in a short period only because of maternity leave etc. nothing negative but Renae stepped in and has been wonderful, she keeps me updated on anything and everything and has recently gone the extra mile to even organize the selection and delivery of a gift basket on my request for new tenants that have recently moved in to my property that she is managing.

Leasing of Investment Property

We had been with another agent for nearly 20 years & the level of service had deteriorated. I was nervous to leave but Leah was exceptional, making the whole process so easy. We had been waiting for over a month for the other property managers to find a tenant but Leah had 30 people through on first viewing and a tenant found within a week. NTY (Leah) communicate quickly & efficiently & we are so happy we moved the property we feel completely confident in them.
