Nick was very helpful with the purchase of our new property. He would be excellent for someone selling their property. I felt a little pressured to constantly up my offering price and when told I could go no higher he kept pushing, great for a vendor but annoying for the purchaser especially when you have to keep repeating yourself, “Yes, this is my best price!!”
