Team work, makes the dream work. We had a fabulous experience with Sean and all the team at OC. Go team Muxlow! Highly recommended. Right from the moment of our call to put the wheels in motion to put our home of 32 years on the market, Sean and his team stepped up with the utmost professionalism to support and guide us through the whole process from end to end. We were so grateful for all Sean's knowledge, expertise and communication's along the way. Sean delivered an outstanding result for us, in such a short fast paced timeframe and his support team are second to none. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We had the pleasure of selling our house through Nick van Vliet. His professionalism and experience within the McLaren Flat area gave us comfort in the knowledge that our property was in the best hands and the hassle free sale cemented that view. I would definitely recommend Nick's services for the best results.

Very grateful to Sean and the team. Nothing was too hard, they ensured we got the best outcome for the sale of our house and made sure the house was ready for the new owners. A great outcome for all involved.

Sean was recommended to us by a friend, from the first time we sat with him we could tell he open, honest and tell it like it is. What we wanted in an agent as we had never sold a property before. While it was just a block of land Sean kept in touch with us through the process and ended up getting us the result we wanted. The team involved were all very easy to deal with and they helped to make the whole process easy. Very happy with Sean and the whole team at OC.

We have dealt with Nick and his team in the past and have always found them up to date with market trends, work hard and always available. They are always helpful with all aspects of bringing the property up to its best potential. We are always greeted with a smile and friendly face upon meeting. Staging is done to the smallest details. Communication has always been professional, timely both by phone and email and this is one of the main reasons we have continued our work with Nick and his team over multiple sales in the past. They have also been very supportive with the search for our next home regardless of the selling agent. Nick has extensive knowledge of the southern area. Nick has passion for his work and it shines though in all he does.

I can't thank Nick van Vliet and his team at Ouwens Casserly Willunga enough for their incredible support during such a vulnerable time in my life. After going through a separation and needing to sell the family home, Nick gave us the best advice and truly put our needs first, not the agent's. He guided us on where to spend minimal funds to maximise the property's value and even arranged a zero upfront cost loan to cover the necessary work. To top it off, they reduced our marketing expenses by selling the property off-market to his extensive database. What could have been an extremely stressful process was made so much easier by Nick and his team's professionalism and care. They took the weight off my shoulders when I needed it most, and for that, I will forever be grateful. If you're looking for a real estate team who genuinely has your best interests at heart, I highly recommend Nick van Vliet and Ouwens Casserly Willunga.
